Bites from the Dietician

The abundance of food available in college dining can easily overwhelm you. Dining halls can be a logistical nightmare leading some to seek the familiar pizza or burgers with fries regularly. This is a common practice that can lead to weight gain as well as stomach discomfort and various vague symptoms like tiredness, mood swings, and lack of clarity in thinking. These are serious issues that can affect your college experience. Students need their energy and focus, and eating well supports that.

Everything changes with a move to campus. In this issue, we'll delve into the unique challenges of campus life and discuss strategies to navigate them effectively. One of the key strategies we'll focus on is how to eat well on campus, which is crucial for your overall well-being and success in college.  Read more . . .
