What’s New

  • Onions rings are now available daily at Grillers.
  • Dessert Bar is available Monday-Thursday evenings. Enjoy treats like chocolate lava cake with ice cream and banana splits.
  • Burgers from Grillers just got supersized! You can now enjoy a bigger burger topped your way.
  • Weekends just got a little more delicious. Plato’s Plate is featuring mashed potato bowls on Saturdays and mac-and-cheese bowls on Sundays; they both include vegan, vegetarian and meat offerings.

We are sharing one of most popular recipes: parmesan-crusted chicken. Cook Candy Polk creates this tender chicken dish and it is featured at the Roastery. Polk has been a dedicated employee of Dining Services for 25 years and is especially thrilled that our customers enjoy this dish. Join UDS for lunch on Friday, March 19 to try this delicious entree.  If you like this, you should try “Candy’s Chicken.”  This baked chicken is Polk’s creation and is featured on our cycle menu as well.
