Alumni Spotlight

Ava Tasker-Mitchell

 

Ava Tasker-Mitchell '96 graduated from Salisbury with a B.S. in elementary education and in '97 a B.A. in history.  She continued her education and received her M.S. in '02 from Towson University in educational leadership and her Ph.D. in '17 from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in organizational leadership.  Her experiences at Salisbury attributed to much of her success in her current position with the Prince George's County Public School System as the assistant superintendent of schools and instructional director.
