Today the Human Resources Team introduces the new and improved Onboarding Checklist for Supervisors & New Hires

A new employee checklist for supervisors serves as a comprehensive guide to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to onboard a new team member effectively.

Human Resources will provide the hiring manager the Onboarding Checklist guide in the email they receive once an employee clears the background check.

Onboarding doesn’t just fall on the manager!

In an effort to hold our new team members accountable for their success, an enhanced New Hire Checklist has also been developed. The new hire checklist serves as a valuable resource to ensure new team members complete all necessary steps for a successful onboarding experience.

Human Resources will provide all new hires with the checklist in the welcome email they receive after their background check is cleared.

Remember, onboarding isn’t just about filling out forms; it’s about embracing a welcoming environment that prepares our new team members for success!

Let’s make this new adventure exciting and memorable!
