We are excited to announce the appointment of Michael Taggart as the new Director of Employee Experience at Salisbury University. In this role, Michael will oversee Training and Organizational Development, Recruitment, and Employee Satisfaction, ensuring our workforce thrives in a supportive and engaging environment.

Michael brings a wealth of experience to our team, having dedicated 30 years to TD Bank, where he began his journey as a part-time teller during high school. He most recently served as the Director of Branch Operations for the Metro NY Market, where he managed over 325 locations, demonstrating his leadership and operational expertise.

 

With a passion for legendary service delivery, a steadfast dedication to excellence, and a genuine love for people, Michael is committed to enhancing the employee experience at Salisbury University. He currently resides in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and his office is located on the main floor of Holloway Hall.
