Leadership Learning Series

Another Great Learning Experience...

The second session of the Human Resources Leadership Learning Series, led by Director of Employee Experience Michael Taggart, featured a remarkable panel of industry leaders in a discussion called "Industry Experts of Service Excellence."

The event featured four highly respected figures of Salisbury University:

Eric Berkheimer, Associate Vice President of Facilities & Capital Management

Chris Shockley, Captain & Associate Chief of Police

Monica Polizzi, Director of Athletics & Campus Recreation

Dave Gutoskey, Director of Housing & Residence Life

Throughout the session, attendees were captivated by the unique journeys of these leaders, gaining insights into their career paths, proudest achievements, and visions for the future of their respective divisions. Over the course of an engaging hour and a half, participants left the session with a deeper appreciation for the expertise and dedication of each panelist. The discussion not only highlighted the accomplishments of these leaders but also inspired attendees to reflect on their own professional growth.

The Leadership Learning Series continues to provide valuable opportunities for learning and connection within the organization, and everyone is encouraged to stay tuned for future installments that will further explore the insights of distinguished leaders.
