Blackwell Hall Renovations Begin with Completion Planned for 2026

 Upon its reopening as a student service center, Blackwell is expected to become one of the first net-zero buildings in the University System of Maryland. The facility will house SU’s Counseling Center, Advising Center, Office of Financial Aid and more.
