From left: Jal, Syria, Hobbs

Jal and Hobbs are from New Mexico, and Syria is from Florida. Jal loves bird-watching and enjoys a game of hide and seek. Syria is obsessed with honey roasted peanuts and has been called a "lowrider." Hobbs is a daytime outdoor feline explorer, and an indoor housecat at night.

Margo

Margo is a rescue. She is a little over one year old. She only has one eye but that doesn't slow her down! Her favorite toy is her bird or worm toys.

Chipper and Socks

Chipper has a signature head tilt when speaking to him and Socks inspects every box or clothing item that comes into the house. Owner: Melissa Thomas

Buddy and KaliKat

Buddy is a 12 year old rescue Maltese-Shi Tzu and KaliKat is a 4 year old rescue who out weighs Buddy by 3 lbs. They basically tolerate each other. Buddy loves long walks in the neighborhoods while KaliKat does most of the neighborhood watch duty from the window.

A row of six images of cats: A grey Russian Blue, a grey, black and white tabby, a dark grey and white shorthair, a polydactyl tortoiseshell, a light grey and white shorthair, and a black and white of a long haired striped tabby.

From left: Country, Gambit, Leeloo, Ivy Pepper, Mei, Trinity

Presented from oldest to youngest, Country, Gambit, Leeloo, Ivy Pepper, Mei, and Trinity are all rescue cats and have the important job of serving as therapy cats to their human mom. Country is a purr machine and will sit on your lap all day long if you let her. Gambit, the only male, is our resident 'box' cat - if he fits, he sits. Leeloo is the couch potato who observes birds through the window all day. Ivy Pepper is our polydactyl cat who always wants you to throw a hairtie for her to catch on her extra thumb. Mei is a sweet momma's girl but is also a very timid cat - most people don't see her when they visit - she is excellent at hiding. Trinity is the curious explorer who is too smart for *our* own good.
